Buy organic nuts online

It was very important to us to include a selection of high quality organic nuts in our online store. Many people who come across our website because they want to stock up on organic dates and organic dried fruits also value nuts as part of their diet. From that point of view, it's a service of convenience that we offer our customers because then they can get everything they need in one place. And getting multiple things from one place should reduce the number of packages shipped all over the world!

Sources of good

But just selling nuts is not what we want. As with all of our products, where they come from is of great importance to us. We are happy to say that some of our nuts support social projects and farmers who practice organic farming beyond simply not using artificial fertilizers and chemical pesticides. For example, our almonds come from an Italian cooperative committed to fighting the Sicilian mafia. Our walnuts come from a small, family-run farm in Romania, where the nuts are stored whole and cracked only on consignment to keep them as fresh as possible.

Get creative with nuts!

Nuts are not only nutritious, but also extremely versatile. You can lightly roast them for a whole new flavor, chop them to add interesting texture to baked goods, or add them to salads to make a full meal. Especially in vegan and raw diets, nuts often become alternatives for cheese or meat - without compromising on taste! Cashew cream cheese is just one example.

The perfect pair: nuts and dates

Of course, nuts are also a wonderful partner for dates. Since dates are high in natural fructose and nuts are high in healthy fats, they complement each other very well! For example, if you need a real energy boost, just stuff some dates with the nuts of your choice - it will give your body all the energy it needs.

A more festive option would be to cover the stuffed dates with dark chocolate afterwards. This is a great option if you're invited to a tea party on the spur of the moment and just don't have time to bake. We've often been surprised at how incredibly delicious and varied this simple combination of three ingredients - dates, nuts and chocolate - can be!
